      Hey everyone,

I’ve been thinking a lot about the reward system here. On one hand, rewards are great—they motivate people to contribute, share ideas, and stay active. But on the other hand, I wonder if it always feels fair.

      For example:

What if some users are more active because they simply have more free time?

Do we risk rewarding “quantity” over “quality”?

And how do we make sure new members also have a fair chance to earn rewards, instead of the same people winning again and again?

I’d love to hear your thoughts. Should rewards be more skill-based, effort-based, or just community-driven? How can we balance motivation with fairness?

Looking forward to your opinions 🙌🏾

Yeah you are right. To balance rewards with fairness there is the need to look out for individual level of interest. Everyone has it own level of interest on a product or service, it is only then can we make a balance. Another thing we can watch out for is the level of commitment and engagement, infact that will go along way to measure the reward one received and I think that is fairness.
